I’m currently in Roatan, Honduras, soaking up the sun and trying my hand at snorkeling, paddle boarding, and scuba diving! But before you get to read about all of those adventures, I thought I’d share a little packing list with you!
Packing for Roatan is much like packing for any beach vacation: swimsuit, sunglasses, beach towel, flip flops, and wide-brim hats are a must! In addition to that, if you’re planning to do a bit of daytime shopping/sightseeing or have a nice dinner at your resort, you might want to pack something a bit dressier–a lightweight dress, nice sandals, wristlet, and a gaudy pair of earrings should do just the trick. This time of year it doesn’t get terribly cold at night, but if you’re prone to goosebumps (as I am), it might not be a bad idea to carry a lightweight cardigan or scarf with you to cover your shoulders.
Other things I’ve brought with me include a mini bluetooth speaker to have a bit of beach/hotel tunes; three books to devour during my days of relaxing under an umbrella on the beach; and an underwater case for my camera so I can get photos of adorable sea creatures on my snorkels and dives! And of course, don’t forget the sunscreen and aloe vera!
Ooooh I love what you’ve packed! Dying to get to Roatan!!!

Thanks, Andi! And it’s gorgeous! Hope you get to make it there sometime soon. :)
What? You’re here?! Crazy! Send me an email if you want to meet up for a Salva :)
Oh no! I didn’t see this until now and I’m back in the States. I don’t think that’ll be the last time I’m in Roatan though–I loved it there. I’ll be sure to drop you a line before I head down again.
Oh wow. That’s the perfect summer destination.
